JENNIFER VOLL

Owner and Operating Manager

As the Owner and Operating Manager of Cypress Design Co., Jennifer has been with the company since its inception in 2005. Her background in the construction industry led her to develop our unique one-stop-shopping concept.

She believes in working closely with you and your contractor to ensure a smooth remodeling process. Jennifer is excited about the advancements in the industry and keeps up with new products and techniques to stay ahead of the curve.

Craig Couture

Design Manager

Craig is an award-winning designer who began his career in 2012 after receiving his Bachelors of Fine Arts in interior design from Cazenovia College. He approaches projects in a practical and creative way, designing around anyone's lifestyle and personality. Craig's dedication to his clients has led him to be named one of the 2017 NKBA 30 Under 30 honorees.

Scott Trainor

Estimator

Scott has a dual background in architecture and graphic design, which empowers him to effectively design a space that maximizes aesthetics and functionality. Prior to his career at Cypress Design Co., he spent several years working with licensed architects and developers on residential projects. He has won the NKBA Northern New England Chapter's award for Best Family Bathroom and Waypoint's Showcase Your Space award for Best Kitchen.

Elizabeth Field

CAD Specialist & In-House Photographer

Liz has a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering from New England Institute of Technology. Her education has granted her the skills necessary to create detailed drawings and plans for clients and builders to use in the design and construction process. Her focus on drafting standards and technical drawings enables her to transition a project out of the design phase and into reality.

Natacha monteiro

Design Assistant

Natacha has 5 years of design experience throughout the New England region. She believes that home design is the key to creating an inspiring and uplifting lifestyle. Her goals are to further improve each client's quality of life by taking their words and ideas, and bringing them to life with our kitchen and bath design team.

DeAna Wisniewski Pickering

Design Coordinator

DeAna believes in the power of beautiful interiors to transform one's daily life. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from NEIT while maintaining Dean's list status.

DeAna has experience in many areas of the profession from pricing, ordering, & managing materials to designing, and coordinating projects. Her goal is for our clients to walk away with a functional and beautiful new space that they will love for years to come.

JAMIE CARY

Administrative Assistant

Jamie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University, where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management. She appreciates working in such a dynamic, creative space where she can learn all about the design industry from talented experts.
