Budget Assessment
- Then, we provide you with a budget estimate based on past projects of the same scale and location.

First Showroom Meeting
& Design Concept Meeting
- Next, we work with you to create a personalized design based on the information we’ve gathered.
- We’ll propose a color palette and materials options that best fit your design objective.

Second Showroom Meeting
Design Finalization, & Material Review
- After this, we’ll review the design with you to finalize all of the details.
- At this time, you’ll select materials for the project scope.

In-Home Meeting
& Contractor Meeting
- Next, we’ll meet with you and the contractor, on site, to review the project scope.
- At this time, we’ll deliver a rough set of plans to the contractor so they can provide an accurate installation/labor quote.

Third Showroom Meeting
& Final Proposal Review
- Then, we’ll present a final proposal for the design and selected materials.
- This is when we’ll request your approval and a 50% deposit on the materials.

Ordering & Installation Process
- Next, we’ll order all materials and provide estimated lead times.
- We’ll coordinate with you and the contractor to schedule material delivery and installation.
- We’ll also schedule and coordinate templates and installations of specialized materials.
- Finally, we’ll conduct site visits as needed for design and materials.
